Due to the uniqueness of the specimen i think you should donite it to a museum. I think, no, i know they will be very happy with it.

Hello,

Here are some pictures of a fossilized bird skull from my personal collection. It is from Chile and Upper Miocene/Lower Pliocene in age. The skull belonged to an extinct penguin species (Spheniscus urbinai), related to the Humboldt penguins (Spheniscus humboldti) that can be seen in several zoos in Europe.

Hope these pictures will help you realize your object is not a fossilized bird skull. Sorry....
