Can you be more specific about the location.
Is it Jurassic or younger and where is Hastings beach U.S. or U.K.

If it's jurassic, my first thought is the lower arm of a Pterosaur. Hard to tell from the photo's though, and the first one is a bit blurry.

Nice specimen
This is a wing metacarpal of a medium size Pterodactyloid Pterosaur. It looks to be of Cretacious age, but it could possibly be Jurassic. It is not possible to make diagnosis of the family or the species from these photographs, but this is a rare fossil and it is worth investigating. If I know your location(town only), I could advise you of a local expert to help identify the specimen more accurately.

I'am not specialist in bone but this is a bone,watch the rest of the skeleton may be located inside the rock to loosen go slowly
