What kind of fossil this is?

Does anyone know what kind of fossil this is? I bought it for five bucks ages ago from a yard sale so I doubt it’s even real.

Hello Annie,

Perhaps the base is an original fossil, but it looks to me as a nice drawing.

I don't think it's a fossil either, it's more like a painting.
