What was your first thought about this bone ?
I think it's rather fragile for cow.
Anyway, i'm still Googling the internet, but specific pictures of pelvis are hard to find.

Search Google for "ilium cow"

Any evidence of missing epiphyses? Cows start out as calves.

This may be some other artiodactyl, of course.

Great similarity between bone and drawing of pelvis of a cow.
Ilium is top half. I will post a picture of the bone in the same position tomorrow.
