Hi all!
Today (24th November 2010) was the day Darwin's book in 1859 "On The Origen Of Species By Means Of Natural Selection" was first published! It talks about transitional fossils (the fossilized remains of transitional forms of life that illustrate an evolutionary transition). It is a really great book, but then it shocked the public.

Does anyone have any transitional fossils in their collections? I would love to see them if you do!

Sorry, I haven’t been clear enough. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transitional_fossil I mean as missing links like archaeopteryx! But technically they are all transitional fossils.
