I found this rock on the Isle of Wight some time ago, and recently preped it.
Do you know which ammointe this is?
And do you know what the other things are?

I don't know much about ammonites, but your fossil really isn't an ammonite, it's a serpulid-like organism, a tube worm. Ammonites have walls between the different chambers of their shell, called septa, which just aren't there on your fossil. The coiling also isn't ammonite like. At least, that's what I think, based on your photos. Maybe you could try to prep the innermost coils a bit further?

The other fossil is a fragment from an irregular echinoid test (could be Echinocorys). These have a very characteristic breaking pattern, zigzag like.

and Bram is also correct about the remainder, these are plates of a sea-urchin

Alle resten van irregulaire egels die ik ken, breken op deze wijze. Dit heeft te maken met de opbouw van het skelet uit losse plaatjes die met elkaar verbonden zijn (maar op de naden zwakker dan dwars in het plaatje, tenminste na de dood en verrotting van het beestje), en met het materiaal zelf. Het is absoluut niet karakteristiek voor Hemipneustes.
