This tooth come in Antwerp, I think a Alopias grandis? it measures + - 1,8cm Can someone help me identify a thank you in advance

Not Alopias

Hi dent-de-requin,

The tooth you found is not a Alopias sp.
It's infact a Third upper anterior from Isurus oxyrinchus. (See the attached picture,to compere)
I also responded in Dutch,this on the link Fitch made (same answer do )

@ Fitch: nice,had hem anders over het hoofd gezien! Mischien dat deze berichten ook gewoon bij "nieuwste berichten" zouden moeten staan?
