Hi,
I found this fosil on Gerede region (in Turkey) several days ago.

15x10 cm. size and 830 gr.(0,83 kg.) weight.

I attach some pictures and I want to know what kind of fossil?
Thanks a lot for your help

Hallo, I think this is an oystershell(lower valve), you can see the layering.

greetings, Bert

It is an oyster shell.

It certainly has the look of petrified wood, but I'm 100% with Fossicker and Elbert on this: it's an oyster.
