That is quite large! I was not referring to "Maple seed-type" winged seeds, but thinking of seeds like Cardiocarpus, which have small wings that cover nearly the entire perimeter of the seeds (http://i40.servimg.com/u/f40/13/00/15/73/img_6416.jpg, http://commonfossilsofoklahoma.snomnh.ou.edu/cordaites1). However, given the size of your specimens, it may prove more fruitful (pun intended) to compare your specimens with larger species of Trigonocarpus (https://www.google.nl/search?q=trigonoc ... 66&bih=611) and Rhabdocarpus (http://commonfossilsofoklahoma.snomnh.o ... 1_25.jpg?0). Crookall (1976) would be a good reference to do so.

Kind regards,
Tim
