What specie is this 50 cm long fossil? is this rare?[

Does Anyone can help me if this foosil found in ceara brasil is rare or commum for $10?

The species is Vinctifer comptonii.

It is not particularly rare. Based on your photo's, it looks as if your specimen is also not really well-preserved. More detailed photos would help, to see if it is real and how valuable it would be.
