How can I attach a picture for identification ?

In a new topic you click on "Bijlagen" (=attachments), and then "Bestanden toevoegen" (=add files).

In a reply in an existing topic you first have to click the button center below ("Volledige bewerken & voorbeeld"), and then proceed with the above steps ("Bijlagen"=> "Bestanden toevoegen").
