AMMONITE IDENT, PLEASE

Hi Folks
Any ideas about this?
I found it sitting undiscovered in the bottom of my rucksack.
I don't remember where I got it from BUT I do know that it was either Whitby or Charmouth.
Regards
Pete

Hi Pete,
this may be an Arnioceras, but with a little question mark because of it´s little dimension.
Nice piece!

HI, this looks a bit like Aegoceras, but I can`t see if the ammonite has a kiel.
If it has, is probably Arnioceras, if it hasn't it will be Aegoceras, could also be Promicroceras.
Can`t make out wether it is from Yorkshire or Lyme; the rock looks like Yorkshire, the ammonite like Lyme...?
If I had to guess, I would go for Lyme Regis..
good luck with it, greetings, Bert
